Hey buddy,
none of the newcomers are able to post anywhere BUT in the quarantine zone...
NGF wants to avoid scammers coming over and sell fake for real as well as other kind of mischievous malefacting ...
this is also a nice way to see who is really interested in the NGF comunity ...
nonetheless , there is a lot of activity in the quarantine and you are also allowed to post the stuff you'd like to sell there ...
if you want details on anything , just ask and people will answer faster then light
