    Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu affaire avec un ebayer malhonnête qui ne vous a jamais envoyé le jeu que vous lui avez acheté ?

    Ca donne quoi les procédures de remboursement Paypal ou Ebay ?

      Perso, je viens de vivre le truc puisque j'ai acheté à un anglais Magical Drop 3 en MVS il y a peu. Je recois le jeu, et hop, merveille :

      UN BOOTLEG POURRI !

      Et pourtant il y a des boots qui marchent, ben pas cui la !

      J'ai contacté le gars, très en colère. Il s'est avéré être très honnete, il m'a dit qu'il avait déjà eu ce genre de pb, il avait même pas du les tester. Il m'a donc promis le remboursement, ce qu'il a fait 24 heures après.

      J'ai eu du bol !

        Before Filing a Claim

        Filing a Claim
        Verify payment through PayPal. Make sure PayPal was used to pay for the item in dispute.


        Check the date. All claims must be filed within 30 days of the transaction.


        Gather outside verification of your claim. If you are filing a claim because you received fake or inauthentic merchandise, please be prepared to submit a letter of inauthenticity from a reputable expert who can substantiate your claim. This letter should be on official letterhead and include contact information so that we may discuss your case with the expert if necessary.


        Be prepared to provide relevant information. Your participation is essential in helping us come to a fair conclusion. Buyers who don't respond to inquiries will have their claims cancelled. Sellers who don't respond to inquiries will default the claim and automatically refund the buyer.
