I have had enough of this, so much so that the free version will now be limited + protected compared to the original version or not be released at all.

By the way, for the next version please, can you put A FUCKING JUKEBOX AT ANY TIME IN ALL THE GAMES PLEASE!!!

(in order to change the music wathever we want, but during the games, like the "real bout" series when you put start, then A, B, C, D, A...

I'me sure you can do this!!! it's very impotant!!

If you can make this, I'm ready to buy your bios twice the price you sell it!

If you wanna thank Razoola for all the incredible work he did for Neo Geo AES and MVS Systems to this time. You should, please, check the link I gave in the first page of this Topic.

It's a poor little effort compares to all the time that Razoola spent in performing his greatfull Bios.

Best regards to you Razoola, and I wish you'll still ever receive all the respect you worth from Neo Geo's community .

You can change tunes ingame already by simply using the patch memory option and patching directly to the hardware port for sound.

Be sure that, Maximus knows that very well.

He's just suggesting you to include a real Neo Geo's Media player that would also allows players to choose any BGM for all kind of stages (by pressing start+A, B, C, D, A) in the next version of the Universe-Bios.

I was thinking of adding something where one could choose the tunes based on track title rather then tune code number. As I don't know any real track titles for the games I havent done it.

Actually I didn't known that the music can be changed during the game with the memory patch, but I think it's a bit "complicated" no?

Your jukebox in the start menu (when you stat on the machine and put A+B+C at the same time) is perfect, so if you could put it during the game and let the music play when the menu is leaved, it would be great!

oh, and can you tell me if it is still possible to put off the "neo geo universe bios" page when the game start in the last version of your bios (I have A 2.0 on my aes and à 2.1 on my mvs) because I've heard that it was possible on the old version...

It is just because I think that the game is too long to start with it! sorry!

And to finish (because your re not here very often) Do you know why with a metal slug3 aes, an AES and an ''old" debug bios, it was possible to have a special menu witch allows you to change stage at any time, play the character in the demo and play in stage that does not appears in the game...and whith your bios on an AES or an mvs slug 3 I can't find this special menu whereas with your unibios and a slug 4 and 5 mvs on (my) slot2, the menu exist by pressing start a
                            second time during the game?

I hope I don't (like we said in french) "break your bolloks" too much with this questions!

thank to you and your contribution!

Its actually very easy to do it with the patch engine. For example kof let a level music start and then go into the patch memory option. Then patch say 0x23 into address 0x320000. This will cause a new tune to start. In the jukebox code 0x0723 would play the same tune.

With regards to the menu is metal slug 3. You need to enable DEV mode in the debug DIPs right after the unibios splash screen fades out (hold the code for ingame menu as the splash screen fades out). Then when a game starts press select twice to get the menu. Note that you also need to be in colsole mode.

The reason the debugbios does it automatically is because devmode is always enabled. MetalSlug 4 and 5 MVS don't need devmode enabled to get this menu up as the code dosent expect to see the game running in console mode on MVS hardware.
